    To reserve exhibit space at the SCECA-SECA Regional Conference, complete this online application and contract, and submit payment for the full amount.

    Full payment is due by December 31, 2021 - No Refunds for Cancellations

    By submitting this online form, I hereby apply for exhibit space for my company at the 2022 SCECA-SECA Regional Conference, which will be held at Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel in Myrtle Beach, SC on February 3-5, 2022. I understand the refund policy and booth assignment policy.

  • Information for the Exhibitor Directory in the Conference Program

  • Type names as they should appear on the printed name badges.
  • Exhibit Requests

  • Vendor Spaces will consist of Table top displays and single booths. All Exhibit space is carpeted. Security will be provided after hours.

    Booth Space is 8' x 10' and includes:
    • 8' back wall and side drapes
    • Two (2) 6’ x 30” skirted tables
    • Two (2) side chairs
    • One (1) trashcan
    Table Package includes:
    • One (1) 6’ x 30” skirted table
    • Two (2) side chairs
    • One (1) trashcan
  • Electricity

  • Electrical service must be ordered when the booth space is contracted. Onsite orders for electricity will be handled through convention services and the cost will be $135.00.

  • Price: $15.00
    SCECA will provide up to 2 lunch vouchers per booth.
