The conference app is designed to enhance your experience by giving you easy access to the event schedule, session details, speaker information, and important announcements—all in one convenient place. You can also receive real-time updates, personalize your agenda, and stay informed throughout the conference. We encourage all attendees to download the app before the conference begins so you don’t miss any important updates. If you have any questions or experience difficulty accessing the app, please contact meetingplanner@sceca.org You will need this app to access the program during the conference. After logging in, preview the schedule to read the descriptions of each session noting the age group of children designated, to help you find the sessions each hour that will benefit you and your job responsibilities.
2. SCECA will track your attendance and your participation when you complete the Google form provided in each session. If you attend one session each hour, you can earn 3 hours on Thursday night, 7 hours on Friday and 7 hours on Saturday. 3. You MUST be in attendance of each session for 50 minutes to receive credit. You may use the link in the SCHED program or the QR Code in each classroom to complete the training verification form. If your internet connection is weak or you lose your connection, please resubmit the verification form to ensure you recieve training hours. If you do not have a smart phone, you can ask the room monitor to sign the roster sheet. 4. At the conclusion of the conference, the SC Endeavor’s Liaison Team will enter your attendance and participation into the SC Endeavors system for you to receive your credit hours. Please be patient as this is a huge undertaking and will take quite a while to accomplish. You can check SC Endeavors for your credit hours. |
