Exhibitors
SCECA is so excited to be in Greenville this year. Our exhibitors are an integral part of the conference. They showcase the best and newest educational materials just for you. They also provide many quality door prizes for you to win. You can win door prizes in a vendor’s booth. Be sure to visit the exhibitors and let them know that we appreciate their participation at our conference.
Deadline for booth space is DECEMBER 31, 2023. No refunds for cancellations.

Exhibit and Pricing Information
Vendor Spaces will consist of table top displays and single, double or triple booths. Exhibitors will be located in the THE GRAND HALL on the first level. There is a concession stand and tables to relax and eat. The Exhibit space is NOT carpeted. Security will be provided after hours.
Booth Exhibit Package (10’ x 10’) - $350.00 single, $700 double, $1000 triple

Contracts for Exhibit Space
Contracts will be accepted by mail or email via the SCECA Website: www.sceca.org. The Conference tab is in the upper right corner of the main page. Payment can be made check or money order if mailed or by credit card if paying through the website. No space will be reserved until full payment has been received in the SCECA office.
Electrical & Internet Service
Electrical service must be ordered when the booth space is contracted. Onsite orders for electricity will be handled through the convention services and the cost will be $135.00++.
Wifi is provided by SCECA.
Exhibit & Drayage Service
Exhibit and drayage services will be provided. SCECA has chosen the Carolina Tradeshow Decorators to handle this conference.. Exhibitors will be emailed the link for drayage to the address listed on the Exhibitor Contract.
