Please note: SCECA is not responsible for any items left unattended during times the Exhibit Hall is open to attendees. The Exhibit space located in the Hall Of Fame and the hallways. The space will be locked after hours and monitored by a security guard.

WELCOME!

SCECA is excited to welcome you to the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel. We have listened to you requests to be front and center to attract as many visits to your vendor space as possible. This year you will be located in the Hall of Fame area and in the hallways. Space will be limited to a few booths and more table-top spaces.

Exhibiting at the SCECA Conference gives businesses visibility and marketing opportunities. You will have direct access to over 1500 childcare workers, teachers, directors and administrators from throughout the state of South Carolina.

You are invited to attend workshops during the Friday and Saturday sessions.

We will hold an Opening Session with Exhibitors including entertainment and snacks on Thursday night, February 4, 2021. We would like for your booth to be open for business from 5:00 – 8:30 PM.

Get your application for booth space in early to guarantee a space at the best location.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Booths will be limited but will include two skirted tables with 2 chairs and a trashcan. All booths will cost $350.00 for a single booth and $700 for a double booth. State agencies and non-profits will be located at tables surrounding the front entrance. The cost for table-top displays is $200.00 for a single table and $400 for a double table.

Electricity service will need to be contracted through the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The cost will be $95.00. The fee will be $135.00 if ordered onsite.

EXHIBITOR and DRAYAGE SERVICE will be provided and each exhibitor will receive an email with a link to the company as soon as it is available. That information will go to the email address listed on the Exhibitor Contract.

Move in day will be Thursday, February 4, 2021 beginning at noon – 4:00PM. We hope to move in earlier but will contact you with the exact time later. A Security Guard will be on duty to assist with with loading in on Thursday and loading out on Saturday from 1:00PM - 4:00PM.

SCECA will provide two complimentary vouchers for lunch at any of the food kiosks/concessions on Friday for two people who are responsible for the booth during the conference. If you have more vendor helpers, they can purchase a vendor voucher for $20.00 per person.

Your company name will be listed in the final conference program if received by the January 1, 2021 deadline.

* SCECA reserves the right to change location assignments at any time.

DONOR OPPORTUNITIES

Exhibitors may also support events throughout the conference to increase their name recognition. Donors receive special recognition in the printed conference program. Opportunities include, but are not limited to sponsorships of or for: Keynote speakers, Opening Night Snack Break, Coffee Breaks or Special Events.

CONFERENCE ADVERTISING

If you would like to inform 1500+ early childhood professionals about your early childhood educational products or services, you should advertise in the final conference program that will be distributed to all conference attendees.

Full Page ad = $250

Half Page ad = $125

All advertisements must relate to early childhood education and are subject to review prior to the printing of the final program. The ad format needed is jpeg in landscape form (8” X 10.5”). The ad in the jpeg format must be sent to Judy Whitesell at meetingplanner@sceca.org by December 31, 2020.
