Please note: SCECA is not responsible for any items left unattended during times the Exhibit Hall is open to attendees. The Exhibit space is locked after hours.
SCECA is excited to welcome you to Greenville’s Convention Center (name to change in October) in Greenville, SC. We have a huge space for everyone to exhibit their information and sales products. Everyone will have a 10 x 10’ booth this year and the cost is $250.00. If you would like to have a double booth, the cost will be $500.00.
Exhibiting at the SCECA Conference gives businesses visibility and marketing opportunities. You will have direct access to over 1600 childcare workers, teachers, directors and administrators from throughout the state of South Carolina.
You are invited to attend workshops during the Friday and Saturday sessions.
We will hold an Opening Session with Exhibitors including entertainment and snacks on Thursday night, January 31, 2019. We would like for your booth to be open for business from 5:00 – 8:30 PM.
Booth dimensions will be 10’ x 10’ and include two skirted tables with 2 chairs and a trashcan. All booths will cost $250 with the exception of the State Agency spaces. The State agency cost will be $150.00 per booth.
Electricity service will need to be contracted through PSAV. For details and pricing, visit their website, to order power during the conference. You can also contact James at contact James Aaron at Jaaron@psav.com. The cost will be higher onsite.
EXHIBITOR and DRAYAGE SERVICE will be provided and each exhibitor will receive an email with a link to the company as soon as it is available. That information will go to the email address listed on the Exhibitor Contract.
Move in day will be Thursday, January 31 from 10:00AM until 2:00PM. Vendors can drive in to the center, unload and move to a free parking space so others can bring their products in. A Security Guard will be on duty to assist with load ins and load outs on Saturday from 1:00PM - 4:00PM.
SCECA will provide two complimentary vouchers for box lunches on Friday for two people who are responsible for the booth during the conference. There will be three locations for other booth helpers to get lunch on Friday.
Your company name will be listed in the final conference program if received by the January 1, 2019 deadline.

Exhibitors may also support events throughout the conference to increase their name recognition. Donors receive special recognition in the printed conference program. Opportunities include, but are not limited to sponsorships of or for: Keynote speakers, Opening Night Snack Break, Coffee Breaks or Special Events.

If you would like to inform 1500+ early childhood professionals about your early childhood educational products or services, you should advertise in the final conference program that will be distributed to all conference attendees.

All advertisements must relate to early childhood education and are subject to review prior to the printing of the final program. The ad format needed is jpeg in landscape form (8” X 10.5”). The ad in the jpeg format must be sent to Becky Wardlaw at firstname.lastname@example.org by December 15, 2018.
