  • Artful Instructional Coaching: A Journey into Transformational Conversations" offers a captivating exploration of four distinct coaching conversation scripts. Participants are equipped with easy-to-follow steps, concisely compiled into a handy one-page guide. We delve into 18 innovative settings for impactful coaching dialogues and provide tailored strategies to meet the diverse needs of both teachers and children. Unleash your leadership potential with a unique blend of theory and practical application. This would be helpful for administrators, peer coaches, co-teachers, and lead teachers.

  • Come "visit" several gardens (in-ground, raised bed, and container) from classrooms in SC! We'll experience the gardens and the harvests, and will make (and plant in) compostable seed pots for you to take home to your garden!

  • Tabbi shares her personal journey as a teacher learning Conscious Discipline first for the classroom as a teacher and implementing it center wide, and how it was applied in her personal life as a wife and mother of a neurodivergent child. She tells her story of growth, healing, trauma, and social emotional learning with Conscious Discipline.

  • Participants will be introduced to "Trees and Me", the latest early childhood activity guide from Project Learning Tree for teachers of children ages 1-6. Learn about the valuable resources available to you for supporting young children's environmental literacy. Participate in 4 experiences from 2 featured activities and walk away with the 'Trees & Me' guide as well as a make and take project to replicate with your students!

  • Advanced: 3 hours. NAEYC Accreditation is a standard for demonstrating quality. This session will share the process of NAEYC Accreditation, the standards, the portfolio as a tool for documenting quality and strategies for maintaining accreditation. Learn about QuINN, our state Accreditation Facilitation Project, which supports programs who are seeking accreditation throughout the process.
