CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

 HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE 2025 SCECA CONFERENCE

The 2025 SCECA Conference will have digital registration this year. You can access conference registration and membership renewal information at www.sceca.org. The registration page for the 2025 Conference will be live on November 1, 2024. Participants can register on the website after that date.

• Go to the SCECA website, www.sceca.org.                                                                          
• Current Members and 2024 ABC and SC First Steps 4K Conference Scholarship Recipients: You will need to be logged  in to your SCECA account to purchase a member rate ticket or to register as a scholarship recipient since you are already a member. You will need to set your password before you can log in for the first time. You can do this by clicking the "forgot password"; link on the member login page https://sceca.org/Sys/Login You will receive a link to reset your password. The link will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered as a member or sent your information to the appropriate scholarship program.

PLEASE make sure your account information is updated with your personal mailing address,
personal email address, personal phone number, and State Registry ID#.

• Hover over the CONFERENCE INFORMATION link (green bar).                                                                           
• Click CONFERENCE REGISTRATION on the drop-down menu.
• Click on “BUY CONFERENCE TICKETS” link, and choose 1 of the 10 registration options:

1) FULL MEMBER CONFERENCE

2) STUDENT MEMBER CONFERENCE

3) NON-MEMBER CONFERENCE

4) STUDENT NON-MEMBER CONFERENCE

5) ABC SCHOLARSHIP (need code to register)

6) SC FIRST STEPS 4K SCHOLARSHIP (need code register)

7) 1 st PRESENTER (need code to register)

8) 2 nd PRESENTER (need code to register)

9) SCECA STAFF (need code to register)

10) PAST PRESIDENT/SERVICE AWARD WINNER (need code to register)                                                                                                                                                                      

• Fill out your registration information: Name, personal address, personal email address, personal phone #, organization, position, and State Registry ID# (This is a 6-digit number given by SC Endeavors and is REQUIRED if you want to receive credit for your training hours. Please visit https://scendeavors.org/ for more information. Enter 000000 ONLY IF you do NOT wish to receive credit for your hours. ABC and SC First Steps 4K Scholarship Recipients MUST include this number in their registration.)

• • • Payment Options:                                                                                                                      
             1. Credit card: Choose *pay now*. The website will show what you owe. You put your credit card information in the spaces and a receipt will be emailed to you immediately after you click SUBMIT.
    
            2. Check/Money Order: Choose *invoice me*.  Mail payment to: SCECA, P.O. Box 85, Jackson, SC 29831. Make check/money order out to SCECA. If payment is not received by January 15, 2025, a late fee of $25.00 per person will be due at onsite registration.

             3.  Purchase Order: Choose *invoice me*. An invoice will be created. Send this invoice to your District Office for approval and have your District Office email a copy of the PO to cfo@sceca.org. Mail payment to: SCECA, P.O. Box 85, Jackson, SC 29831
• • Payments for purchase orders must be received by February 1, 2025, or a late fee of $25.00 per person will be due at onsite registration.
    
    Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received. Once payment is received, your registration information will go to our staff, and they will prepare your registration packet, tickets, and T-shirt, if ordered, for you to pick up when you come to the conference.
    
• • • Thursday's Pre-Conference events and Friday’s Advocacy Luncheon are only available to attendees who register for our conference. 
    • Saturday's Student Event and lunch is only available to student attendees who register for our conference. Students must be enrolled in at least 6 hours this semester. Be prepared to add a picture of your student ID when applying for membership.                
    • Early Bird Registrants who register and pay by December 1st will receive a $10 voucher to spend on food at the concessions or on products from the Exhibitors. Your voucher will be in your Pre-registration packet.    
      

ATTENTION NON-MEMBERS: We do have a Non-Member option for those who do not choose to become a member of SCECA.  This option has no benefits except the ability to register for conference. The non-member option for students and full conference members are more expensive. Being a member of a professional organization is an important step towards continuous personal growth in our profession. As a member of SCECA and SECA, you receive opportunities for training hours, newsletters, leadership and advocacy for yourself and the children/families we serve. Pre-Conference Sessions

     You must register for the Full Conference, Student Conference, Non-Member Conference or Student Non-Member Conference in order to attend a pre-conference session. If you are on an ABC Scholarship or a SC First Steps 4K Scholarship, you will have to pay for these Special Event tickets on your own.
