The ABC Quality (ABCQ) program has conference scholarships available for early
childhood programs participating in the ABCQ program in good standing to attend the
2027 SCECA conference.
ABCQ conference scholarships registration has TWO options available. Early childhood
programs must select one of the following options:
* Option 1
ABCQ pays $190 per person conference registration-no travel grant. Maximum of 8 employees per center.
Each employee MUST register themselves using their email address and SC Endeavors number.
* Option 2
ABCQ pays $190 per person conference registration & $550 per person travel grant AFTER conference attendance is verified. Maximum of 2 employees per center. Grant goes to program, not individual.
Early childhood program must be 51+ miles away from conference location to receive employee travel grant.
Each employee MUST register themselves using their email address and SC Endeavors number.
Conference scholarship deadline to select one option above is
12:00pm (Noon), Monday, January 4, 2027.
The scholarship pays for your conference registration and SCECA 1 year membership.
You will have the option to purchase additional event tickets for pre-conference
sessions, advocacy luncheon, and pre-order t-shirts when you register.
If you aren't sure if your early childhood program is eligible for the conference
scholarships, visit ABCQ website Provider Search - ABC Quality and search for your
program’s ABCQ rating level. You will also need this information during ABCQ
conference scholarship registration.
No conference scholarships will be awarded on-site at conference and/or after the
scholarship registration deadline date/time.
All ABCQ funding is contingent on funding availability, conference attendance
verification, ABCQ eligibility, and meeting travel grant payment request deadlines.
